Appreciated spending my time in this clean old-fashioned hotel. The room was absolutely gorgeous and fairly quiet with a minibar and a storage space, good views. Every staff member was good and approaching. The breakfast was really tasty with lots of delicious options. The airport was a 25-minute drive from the property. Tbh, had a superb stay on holidays.

Clean and top quality place, has lovely views of the lake. Fairly friendly hotel staff from doorman to managers, everything was high quality.

The room was spacious and had comfortable down pillows, leading to a great night's sleep, with amenities such as a safe box, iron, and electronic key card provided.

High service level, travelling alone can sometimes be difficult, but everyone went out of their way to make me feel very comfortable. Great busy bar (7 degrees) in the evenings.

The staff at Cinnamon Lakeside are amazing and lovely, from the doorman to managers. the breakfasts are very tasty with a great variety of delicacies and top-notch products. - Early check-in and late check-out options are available at the hotel. - There is an outdoor bar and a well-maintained pool on the premises.

The staff in the ecl were just so fantastic, we really enjoyed the Library and the breakfast was also very enjoyable

The stunning location of the hotel is impressive. the staff at Cinnamon Lakeside, from the doorman to the managers, are really good. - the attached restaurant is well maintained and great for lunch at the Long Feng restaurant.

Had a perfect 10/10 stay during our trip. The breakfast was massive and very tasty with top notch products, we enjoyed it. The service was very efficient and the pool was amazing. They offered concierge service at no cost too.

Over priced ... Definetly no value for money I chose the hotel based on the rating on Booked.net however I regretted doing that as Taj which was rated lower is way better.

The staff at Cinnamon Lakeside in Colombo are extremely hospitable and reliable. the hotel is spotlessly clean and it's easy to reach from Kelaniya airport, only a 20-minute drive away.

The hotel is old there was mold on the walls ....the hotel staff are not very friendly and work was done so it was so loud all day long..... Bed is old and for sure it did not look like a five stars hotel.... not recommended hotel.....

This place has a great spot, being right next to the stadium 🏟️. it's nestled between a river and a lake, giving it a lovely ambiance. the king bed in my room was super cozy and made for a great night's sleep.
